Originally contracted to stabilise this recently purchased group of lakefront properties and restructure the operation to maximise efficiency we ended up leading a refinance, steering the business through a global pandemic, increasing revenue Y/Y to 70% growth

Design, launch, and manage the top two floors of this heritage house. Through careful pricing and promotion, we were able to attract and retain professional athletes and their wives as well as international executives

Contracted to improve operations and the morale at the resort. Hired and trained a new housekeeping department and front desk team. Executed an unexpected ownership transition and maintained an even keel throughout peak season operations.
