Currently, we are spearheading multiple projects across Vancouver and the Okanagan, including expanding the housing supply with innovative prefab solutions and developing EV charging infrastructure to support sustainable growth. Our efforts involve maximizing revenue and team building for hotels, liaising with key stakeholders, and advancing housing initiatives for regional agricultural workers, vacation rentals, and Indigenous communities in BC ahead of critical bylaw amendments.
Skaha Lake Development
Working with developers, City Staff, and Industry Associations we shaping the future of hotel accommodations and housing supply on Skaha Park in Penticton.
Project Focus
Maximize revenue and team building for current and future hotels on site. Liase with industry associations, local contractors, and Senior City Staffers to support the project progression.
Vancouver Housing Supply
With the transformative legislation passed down from the provincial government in Bills 44, 46, and 47 we are on the forefront of deploying housing supply in partnership with several of the leading prefab and modular housing manufacturers in British Columbia.
Project Focus
Working with home owners and best of breed prefab builders on a pilor site in Mount Pleasant. We are ahead of the June 27th deadline for bylaw ammendmants for municipalities across the province.
Rural Housing Supply
In collaboration with senior staff and various Indigenous groups in BC, we are exploring how modern prefab builders can meet the growing housing demand. By using innovative and sustainable building practices, we aim to provide affordable, high-quality housing that respects indigenous communities' cultural and environmental values.
Project Focus
Through our network of prefab builders and manufacturers, we have identified various housing types to expand the supply for band members, regional agricultural workers, and vacation rentals in indigenous communities.
EV Charging Infrastructure
Working with multiple resort groups across the South Okanagan, Blue Owl Consulting is growing the network of charging stations for electric vehicle owners, while simultaneously adding revenue streams for hospitality and tourism businesses
Project Focus
Through our network of resort and hotel owners and through partnerships with the EV Charger Networks, we are in process with several projects in Okanagan.
